These Terms & Conditions explain how orders, fittings, delivery, returns, and website use are handled by RKN by Rakin. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products and availability

We aim to present product details, pricing, fabric information, colors, sizes, and images as accurately as possible. Availability may change without notice, especially for limited fabrics, custom tailoring materials, and seasonal pieces.

Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed after the required checkout information is submitted and accepted. We may contact you to verify details, clarify measurements, confirm delivery information, or discuss product availability before processing the order.

Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment options may include cash on delivery and approved local payment gateways where enabled. RKN by Rakin may hold or cancel an order if payment information, stock, address, or customer details cannot be verified.

Private fitting products

Some jackets, coats, blazers, or tailored pieces may be marked as private fitting products. These items are not sold directly through the cart. Customers can request a fitting appointment through the contact page so our team can discuss sizing, fabric, finish, and availability.

Custom tailoring

Custom tailoring is prepared according to selected materials, preferences, and measurements. Because custom garments are made for an individual customer, timelines, fitting requirements, adjustment options, and return eligibility may differ from ready-to-wear products.

Delivery

Delivery is available within supported service areas. Delivery timing depends on product availability, order processing, tailoring requirements, courier schedules, public holidays, and customer location. We will contact you if an order requires additional time.

Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange requests are reviewed according to the product condition, order type, and reason for the request. Products should be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging where applicable. Custom, altered, or private fitting items may not be eligible for standard returns unless there is a confirmed issue.

Website use

Please use the website only for lawful purposes. Content, images, branding, product copy, and design elements belong to RKN by Rakin or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
