Orders & Availability

Product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines may change as fabrics, trims, and atelier capacity are confirmed. An order is accepted once payment is captured and confirmation is sent.

Measurements & Custom Work

For made-to-measure or bespoke services, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and attending fittings where requested. Alteration timelines may vary by garment.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through available checkout methods. Prices shown may not include local taxes, duties, or delivery charges unless stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance. RKN by Rakin is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-wear products may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition. Custom, altered, or personalized garments may be final sale unless defective.

Intellectual Property

All brand assets, imagery, design, copy, and styling belong to RKN by Rakin or their respective licensors and may not be reused without permission.
